Through the Recognize employee rewards and recognition program, companies seamlessly transfer recognition points for credits to redeem in their Company Store.
Recognize has numerous partnership with a wide range of swag provides to ensure global supply and capabilities with company's existing ecosystem of vendors.
The Swag integration is completed through what are called Webhooks in web development. It basically means when a redemption happens in Recognize, we can notify third parties. So if someone redeems sweatshirt through Recognize, the SKU, and all the data is sent to your Swag provider.

What it means to be a Staff Rewards Manager in an employee recognition rewards app
A rewards manager is someone who is responsible to make a reward happen. When an employee redeems an employee reward in Recognize, the person indicated by the admin to be the rewards manager for that reward will receive an email. They will then be responsible to make sure that reward happens. It could be as simple as making sure they get their parking spot or lunch delivered.
