Leland has nearly 30 years of senior-level operating, management consulting, private equity investment, and merger & acquisition experience. He is currently a managing director with Opus Advisory Partners, a strategic advisory firm, and a partner with Opus Investment Partners, a private equity investment firm. Leland was previously a senior executive with Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and several other firms. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from Cornell University, and currently serves on the boards of three companies and one not-for-profit.
Lena Kempe
Leveraging 20+ years of legal experience in law firms and companies, including General Counsel roles, along with Yale Law education, I provide strategic guidance to GCs, C-level executives, and boards in different industries. I have published articles in prestigious legal publications, including the American Bar Association’s peer-reviewed Business Law Today and Bloomberg Law. I have taught AI at several CLE programs, including those hosted by both the New York State and New York County Bar Associations.
Autumn Manning
Autumn co-founded YouEarnedIt (now WorkTango), a game-changing employee experience platform for global enterprises. Her expertise in measuring, understanding, and positively impacting behavior was the secret sauce behind the platform’s success, paired with her keen ability to identify new markets, comprehend customer needs, and develop differentiated offerings that tap into the pulse of what makes people tick. Under Autumn’s leadership, YouEarnedIt grew into a thriving business, which was ultimately acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2018.
