Unlike other apps, when we email an employee of a recognition we include the entire message. No need to login to read the recognition message.

We notify typically every month which employees a manager needs to be recognizing more or less.
Text messaging
Recognize can SMS most international and domestic (USA) cell phones when people are recognized. Great feature for front line employees.
Push notifications
Recognize provides push notifications for desktop and mobile apps. Desktop is supported by Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Chrome.
