Recognition Notifications
Unlike other apps, when we email an employee of a recognition we include the entire message. No need to login to read the recognition message.
Controlling the Comms
Employees, managers, and admins all have their own set of notifications that can be enabled or disabled. We keep emails to a must-only and do what we can to avoid notification fatigue. That’s why we only notify people when something happens, like their direct report was recognized or someone commented on their recognition.
Manager Nudges to Be Their Best
We notify typically every month which employees a manager needs to be recognizing more or less.
Managers also receive a weekly reminder of someone who hasn’t received recognition from them recently.
Communicating with Staff Without Email Addresses
Recognize can SMS most international and domestic (USA) cell phones when people are recognized. Great feature for frontline employees.
Push Notifications
Recognize provides push notifications for desktop and mobile apps. Desktop is supported by Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Chrome.
