The Senior Account Executive will manage and grow our customer base. You will be responsible for creating sales strategies to meet sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining positive customer relationships.


  • Execute and manage outbound sales strategies
  • Manage website chat communication with prospects to drive demos
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients with up to 100 employees, possibly more over time
  • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback


  • 2+ years of sales experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Curiosity and learning are second nature to you
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and market
  • Tech-savvy with know-how around topics like ISO-27001, Single Sign On Saml 2.0, OAuth, and other enterprise technology topics
  • In the Vancouver, BC area


  • $70,000 to $80,000 with benefits packages and commission (generous commissions for both inbound or outbound)
