    • A customer success rep will meet with your team for up to 1.5hr to make sure you are off on the right foot. From there, use our extensive documentation.
  2. Weekly user sync
    • Two Weeks Onboarding

    • A customer success rep will answer emails, phone calls, and schedule trainings for your admins and managers. Schedule one IT support meeting.
  3. Continuous sync
    • Five weeks + Biannual Check-Ins

    • You are assigned a dedicated customer success rep that will meet with you for over 5 weeks to ensure you launch successfully.

    • Invited to monthly office hours with Recognize and other customers. Plus, one-on-one meetings with Recognize every quarter. In onboarding, Recognize will be by your side pre, during, and post onboarding.

Pricing FAQ

  • What is the pricing exactly?

    Recognize often runs discounts and promotions. Given the optimization and change in pricing, we ask that we get on the phone or email the price. Recognize will match and beat any price made by a similar competitor.

  • Do you charge monthly or annually?

    We charge annually. Companies are able to do monthly trials and after signing an agreement, companies have a whole month for full refund.

  • Do you charge per employee?

    Yes, we charge based on how many people are in your organization or that you believe will utilize the program. In future year subscriptions, we base the price off the current active user count.

  • What if our user count changes through the year?

    You can add or remove people at any point at no change in price.

  • What is the big difference between the product packages?

    Bronze is great for getting started with leader to peer or peer to peer social employee recognition. Silver provides those manager reports and automatic gift cards for a more automated and engaging program. Gold is for international companies or those that need extra control.

  • Do you price match?

    Recognize will beat any price. Although we are focused on being the most customizable, integrated international recognition and rewards program, we also keep costs low and can pass those savings to our customers.

  • Can we try before we buy?

    You can sign up for a free trial at the top of this website. Schedule a call with us and we can walk you through it.

  • What if we want to cancel?

    Any money for rewards you've deposited is returned to you, your data can be deleted after you export it, and you can cancel at anytime. There are no refunds after one month of subscription.
